Tree Planted by the water

TRUST IN THE LORD, BE PLANTED BY THE WATER

Jeremiah 17-7 & 8 –Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him, he will planted like a tree by the water that sends out its roots by the steam, its leaves are always green has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.
In these verses we can meditate four points what our Lord God has taught and the way in which He leads, only when we trust in the Lord and have confidence in him.
In our life, we have trust in worldly things, we believe that we will get up when we go to bed, morning we open up the tap that it will pour water, switch on light that the bulb will burn and give light, get into bus that it will reach the destination where we want to go. An husband has to believe wife and wife has to believe husband after marriage. But world trust only a few people instead of trusting our Lord. They keep trust in money than our Lord Almighty.
Jesus said in Mathew 16-26 What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul., or what can a man give an exchange for his soul? We can get happiness only through Salvation not because of money. We should have a deep thoughts that will make us think that Jesus suffered for us, shed His Blood for us and died for us. King Solomon said in Ecclesiates 1-2 Meaningless, Meaningless. We strongly trust in Lord, a patient should trust in the Creator than the Doctor. When Problem arises we need to trust our Jesus. He said in this world you will have trouble, but take heart I have overcome the world. (John 16-33). In Christian life we face trouble and happiness one after the other. But when you lean on God even if our troubles are like mountain it will get melted like snow. Even when you whisper Jesus, Jesus in your prayer that is considered. Peter got saved when he was getting immersed in water. In Psalm 39-7 King David says that His hope is in God. In Psalm 71-5 God was his confidence since his youth. Psalm 72-4, 5 He will endure as long as the sun, as long as the moon through all generations. Psalm 62-8 says “ pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge.
1. GOD WILL PLANT US LIKE A TREE BY THE WATER : God takes us from one place and plants us where water is plenty, like a saplings have been sowed near good water supply. When we seek an alliance for our children we need to see a family where spiritual life is there, should not seek a place where people are not fearful towards God. Psalm 92-13 says that the righteous will be planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the Courts of our God. Near the water means Holy spirit, well spring of life, well spring of water.

Read Colossians 5-22,23, Psalm 1-3 we should be like tree to be planted by the streams of water. Recollect about Joseph’s life at the age of 17 Lord made him to get into Egypt, he was patient for 13 years, God Almighty exalted him from prison and made rule over Egypt for 40 years. He took care of his father Jacob and his brothers and others. They were 70 when they entered but they were 20 lakhs people when they departed Egypt. Blessed are those who wait patiently. Abraham waited and listened to God unlike Lot, so entered Canaan. Ruth respected her mother in law Naomi and took care of her, Lord Jesus Christ was born in their generations. Daniel prayed for God’s miracles to happen in Lion’s cave, God lifted and exalted him as Prime Minister in Babylon for three kings.
2.HE SENDS OUT ITS ROOTS BY THE STREAM: His roots will receive manure and water. Roots here is a DEEP HEART IN A MAN our thoughts should always be enduring in Lord’s action. Eg. A building with 25 storeys stands due to strong foundation. A lamp needs to be filled with oil to glow brightly. Human beings should be filled with Holy Spirit ( anointed oil).
Read I Corinth 6-18, Acts 15-28, 29, Prov. 6-26,27 & II Timothy 2-22 – Flee the evil desires of youth, pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, call on the Lord and be pure in heart.
Read Isaiah 59-1,2, Revln 22-2 We need to receive the river of the water of life and tree of life.
3.DO NO FEAR WHEN HEAT COMES, LET OUR LEAVES ARE ALWAYS GREEN: Israelites when they were marching towards Canaan, they could not feel the heat and comfortable during night because our Lord was like a Pillar of clouds during day time and Pillar of fire during night time. They inherited un built house and un planted trees in Israel. God protect us day and night as in Isaiah 5-1, Psalm 121-6 & Psalm 91-6. Our lives will be evergreen.
4.NO WORRIES IN A YEAR OF DROUGHT AND NEVER FAILS TO BEAR FRUIT: Even during drought season, Isaac alone reaped 100 times. Prov. 10-3, Psalm 33-19. The Lord does not let the righteous go hungry.
In Amos 8-11 our Sovereign Lord says, I will send a famine of hearing the words of the Lord, We should never be like foolish women, we are in Gracious Period we should never neglect the words of Lord, He has planted, given a new heart, fed with words, filled with Holy Spirit. He will guide us to complete our Holy life. He has chosen us, He will make us grow like Olive trees, which bear oil all the time, tree with un shredded leaves, fulfills everything that we long and in our doings, gives glorious blessings, no man can be compared with us, He has plan to do many thing in our lives, He will brighten our lives. He gives new heart, a new fire and anoint us in new Balm of Oil, if we lean on Him and work according to His Will. Read Isaiah 55-8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares Lord. He gives FULL, if we are true in our small doings. He is our Ever lasting Father, true Wine Yard, called for Risen Lamp. He fulfills our heart as TREE OF LIFE.

Bro. J. Sam Jebadurai-The Living Pen of God

Tamil Nadu -- is one of the states in South India. Idaiyankudi is a small village in the southern most part of Tamil Nadu. Here was born BRO.J. SAM JEBADURAI to a teacher couple Mr. Joseph and Mrs. Soundaramani. He did his early schooling at Idaiyankudi and went to finish his Collegiate education at St.John's College and St.Xavier's College,Palayamkottai.

He then went on to finish his Post Graduate Degree in M.A. Political Science. Meanwhile, he entered service in the Income Tax Department, Government of India where he served for sixteen years, before coming out for full-time Ministry.

He was married in the year 1975. He with his wife Vino Jebadurai, who was working in the Revenue Department, resigned their jobs in the year 1985 and came out for Full Time Ministry. Bro.Sam Jebadurai and his wife are blessed with four children, two sons and two daughters. Joseph Osborne, the eldest who now comes in the lineage of his father to serve our Lord in His vineyard, the second daughter Sabina is now married, third daughter Dr. Shamila Twinkle, and his fourth son, Joshua a Computer Engineer.

Because of his immense contribution in the field of Tamil Christian Literature, he was conferred Doctorates in three Universities in U.S.A viz...1.International Theology Seminary of California 2. International Institute of Church Management, U.S.A & 3. Cornerstone University, Texas, U.S.A.

Being born and brought up in a God-fearing Christian family, bro.J.Sam Jebadurai was made to memorise many verses of the Holy Scriptures from his childhood that one can give a witness of him as 'from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.' (II Tim 3:19).

In his child hood ie when he was about 8 years old, bro.J. Sam Jebadurai was afflicted by terrible Polio. After a long time of treatment he was restored to normal health. But his leg was affected and till today one of his legs was shorter than the other.

Because of this handicap, Bro. Sam Jebadurai had to face many ignominy and reproaches in his early years. But our Lord was always with him encouraging him by saying "My Grace is sufficient for you(II Cor 12:9). His strength was made perfect in his weakness and our Lord upheld him with His verse in Joshua 1:5, "I will never leave you nor forsake you".

Like the Prophet Habakkuk and the Psalmist David, Bro.Sam Jebadurai was constantly making faith confession to our Lord by ceaselessly saying, "The Lord God is my strength. He will make my feet like deer's feet and he will make me walk on my high hills(Hab 3:19: Ps 18:33).

True to his faith, our Lord did set him on high. Yes, The Lord set him on high by entrusting unto him the noblest task of spreading the gospel thoughout the world. Even before he had a call for full time Ministry, Bro. Sam Jebadurai was serving the Lord in his spare time, by preaching in the streets, distributing the tracts, visiting the patients in the hospitals and offer prayers for them. Great was his thirst for preaching the gospel that Bro. J. Sam Jebadurai went for his Missionary trip whenever he gets leave in his Office.

Bro.J. Sam Jebadurai had a definite call for the Ministry while he was working in the Income Tax Department . Oneday, on his way to the Office, Bro.Sam Jebadurai had a vision of Jesus. Jesus was standing before him with eyes full of tears stretching his nail pierced hands towards him.

To Bro.Sam Jebadurai who asked, " Lord, why do you cry?", Jesus replied, 'My son, I am very much burdened to see many souls, who know not the difference between the right and left hand, perishing in sin and ignorance. I want you to feed them with the spiritual Mannah and bring them into the knowledge of the love and understanding of the Lord Jesus. Will you go?"

Like the prophet Isaiah who readily responded to God's call by saying "Here am I, send me"(Is 6:8), so did Bro. Sam Jebadurai willingly accepted God's Call. Even before Bro. Sam Jebadurai had resigned his job for Full Time Ministry , while on his first Missionary Trip to Andamans in the year 1977 he came across a book "His Pastor's Wife" by Sis. Sabina Wurmbrand.

Having read the book, he told himself that how wonderful it would be if the Indian people, especially, Tamil people read such books. Then the Lord said, 'Why don't you do it?' "Lord, how am I to spread the gospel to millions of people?" .this was the question of Bro. Sam Jebadurai to our Lord . Just as our Lord asked Moses "What is in your hand?" (Ex 4:2) so did our Lord asked bro.Sam Jebadurai.. "A Pen, Lord" replied Bro.J . Sam Jebadurai.. Then the Lord said, "I will be with you and I will teach you what you shall do. With the pen that is in your hand, I will use you for My glory" .As with the rod in the hand of Moses our Lord performed mighty miracles, so with the pen in the hand of our beloved bro.J.Sam Jebadurai, our Lord is performing great revival throughout the world.

Our Lord is faithful in His calling and till now God has been using Bro. Sam Jebadurai as a mighty insturment for His glory. Our Lord grants bro.Sam Jebadurai divine revelations to write many spiritual books.. So far he has written more than 750 books. He is the golden pen in the hand of our Lord, who has called him for Literature Ministry.

All the books are written after much prayers and all the words in them are prompted by the Holy Spirit. That is why they inspire the hearts of our readers and bring great blessings to them. Many letters are received sharing the blessings they received by reading the books. Apart from being gifted with the talent of writing books for His glory, Bro.Sam Jebadurai is also a powerful preacher of the gospel.

The power of the Holy Spirit is made manifest in all his preachings and no doubt, all who attend his meetings are greatly blessed by them. The Lord takes him to many different countries to preach the gospel. So far he has been to 60 different nations spreading the gospel throughout the world.
